Fitness & Bodyfat
Joined a new gym on Friday, its open at 6.30 in the morning..
Now im not really fit at all and looking to loose a bit of excess bodyfat ( id say im about 14/15%)
Now i know the morning time is the best time to do cardio...
So i was thinking going at 6.30AM 3 days a week just for cardio (then back to do weights that evening)..
So i was thinking of cycling, running and rowing for half an hour and swimming for another half an hour...
I hear dat your body holds on the extra fat when swimming to help you float or something..
so basically i need to know if dong what i said above will get me fit and get my bodyfat down...

Also what about doing abs on each of theses days instead of just once a week!!
