Got some flaxseed oil and wanted to know if 1 tablespoon a day is enough or should I take 2?

Depends on how big you are, what the rest of your diet is like and how active you are. Overkill can be fine with flax if you've got plenty of Omega 6 in your diet, otherwise after a few months you may start getting w6 deficiency. Benefits are many, some specific - ALA directly afffects genetic expression of some key genes, turning up fat burning, whilst turning down fat storage is a good example.

As in from morning to evening what you should be getting in? Make a weekly shopping list for it and I think you'll get even more kudos than usual

i was thinking more along the lines of an informative post of how one meal or one food doesnt determine the success of a diet but the timing, amounts and variety of food being the key issues of whether a particular food is accpetable

if you want a killer diet click below

Have a low fat diet so think I may take it once in morning and once at night. Am currently on a clean bulk. Thought my EFA intake was the one key area of my diet that was lacking.

Yeah, nice diet plan that one TT Will have to give it a try. Ah, food shopping... so much joy.

tom1234 - morning & night is perfect - morning for energy, night to slow whey absorption. All good

Since moderating fat and carb intake i've noticed definite improvements in what i've been losing. Not inches yet but into the kilos mark in the few weeks since I last posted.

fot those who may remember the decision I made to stop the protein shakes also, I think this may have been wise as my weight has started dropping again.
