Stuff like this needs to be in context when considering if it would work for you.

How often is he training like that?  Was that the only bodypart that day?  How much total time is he in the gym on that particular routine?  Also take into account he's a pro BBer and is chemically enhanced.

Chemically enhanced he maybe but i'd wager he's on a lot lot less than an average meat head in your local gym.

Impossible to know, but mainly I'm trying to get across the point that natural guys cant really train like enhanced guys.  At least not on a regular basis.

It has nothing to do with how chemically enhanced he is, it's what he's built up to over time, and to get anything more he will have to do the unusual compared to what 95% of others will do to get any new growth.

What won't work is when silly people with nowhere the level of muscle mass flex has think it'll do wonders for them.

You just have to read the books of the top pros, arnie etc, who all pretty much got the majority of their size through heavy low rep frequency training, not 20 sets for triceps every week.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

Are you really trying to say that steroids don't improve recovery and allow you to train higher volume?

Smith Machine Body Weight Push Press with a Stretch

I have found these good for getting a full pump and concentrating on the stretch. Needs to be done with strict form though.
I like his attitude, he is always ready to experiment and try something different from the norm.
Also agree with above comments he started out a good size playing Rugby and has been training for years to achieve the size he has now.
I think it is obvious that he uses gear,  who doesn't at that level?

That's not the point though.  I get the feeling people think I'm judging him.  I'm not.  Fact is you cant train like you're on gear if you're not on gear.

I never said anything about recovery, what were are talking about is how your body can adapt to new stress over time.

How do you think natural Olympic lifters squat 6-7 days per week? By taking PED's?

No they simply build up to the loads and volume over time and their bodies adapt to the demands in recovering and progressing.

Sure steroids may speed this process up but it doesn't mean without them you cannot enable yourself to adapt to higher volume or intensity or what ever exercise it is you do over time.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

Wasn`t addressed to you mate , just stating my opinion .
But yes AAS are really only effective for those who have been training for years and have built a good physique "naturally" and have the knowledge on how to train and  use nutrition effectively.
I`m not saying that a novice wont see some improvement with AAS, its just not an optimum use of resources.
I don`t think any true Body builder will judge other body builders for using gear; we all have the same goals at the end of the day.

If you look at the history of a lot of pro's though you can see some enter and even win shows within months of starting training..Zack Khan only went in the gym for some rehab work he was a boxer..when I had the supps shop I went to see him and got a few of his dvd's to sell..put them on display on the counter...I lost count of the amount of students who'd walk by and say "it's steroids"..I then started to reply that I'd give them twice his volume and come back and see me in a year if they were anywhere near his size id give em a grand if not they gave it me..no takers!...it's like saying if you took a ball on the field you'd be like Wayne Rooney in a year or two..same thing with Usain Bolt..gear plays its part of course it does but there not on half as much as many think.

It's hard to be humble when I'm so great...
