Flixonase vs NHS nasal sprays

I've read very good things about flixonase here, however I can get "Nasobec Aqueous" free on the NHS. What I want to know is, is it worth paying £6 odd for flixonase is it just about the same as a nasal spray which I'd get from the doc?

Cheers

As With all Nasel sprays, you have to start months before your symptoms appear, i start as early as april, and manage now to get a trouble free summer.

I had just about all of them on the NHS after my nose operation didn't work. Non of the sprays worked. The only one that does any good is Ottrivine and that is not meant to be used more than a few times or it will make things worse in the long run.
