well in order for us to advice on meals we generally need to see a meal plan that you would eat every day.
Meal 3 etc
Basically if you want us to advise alternative meals for you to maintain your current lean mass and not put on any fat we need to see what youre eating on a day to day basis. If you havent done it before have a look at the articles and start doing mela plans. This will help you in the long and short term too
