Food to go with a boxing routine

Just started boxing, twice a week for a little bit, basically 1hr solid cardio, and then sparing, training etc for the 2nd hour. In the week i will also be doing a few weights, and then on my treadmill too.

The main problem i have is eating crappy foods, i know the easy answer is "dont" but, what can i have? I need some easy foods to take to work, that i can eat cold, and other stuff for snacks if allowed? But i actually want them to compliment what im doing with this boxing training.

Any ideas?

What does a normal daysworth of food look like then? (time of food/meals, training, etc.)

Sounds like you'll have to prepare food beforehand and put them in containers type thing.
