For those doing Blast and cruise, Cruise time?

How long are you blasting for? Then cruising for? My cycle will end of March, I'd like to cruise for a while and back on over summer.

I dont really want to be feeling ****ty over summer trying to recover, im talking about coming off next winter and spending as long as it take to recover.

Only worry is that I'll be running Tren from January till end of March, then cruising on just test.

What's the minimum lose dose test cruise time? I have my Hcg which I'll be using, I've never used it before though.

I'd rather get back on for end of June so that would be three months cruising or is that too long? Unsure of what I'd go back onto, depends on my body fat if it's low enough I'll might try test/Tren/Mast cycle then end in October

    im on a cruise now from 18 week cycle probably be cruising for around 2-3 months, blasting again in jan for another 18 weeks then havent desicded 
    im cruising 250mg a week kept most of my gains just lost the water from deca wich wasnt as much as i thought

    It's 20 weeks I'm doing, are you running Hcg at the end of the blast?
    I wasn't sure if there was a better length of time to cruise, I just don't want to finish end of March and feel terrible for the summer trying to fully recover.

    I'll probably keep the proviron going throughout, is 250 the lowest you'd go while cruising and what ester are you using? I've read to use sust when cruising it's something I've never used

    not runing hcg no although may after the next blast  i think 250 is average for what people cruise on although all depends on person i guess 
    i carried on using test e as i did through out the blast  not sure if that is beneficial or not was just more convinient i guess for some reason sus250 doesnt like my nipples

    Don't your nuts all but disappear while blasting and cruising and not using Hcg? I've not fully researched blasting and cruising, I have read into it a little but most had warned against doing it unless your done with wanting more kids.
    I won't be blasting and cruising as such more bridging cycles but it could lead to a full on blast and cruise, all depends how next year goes and what I can achieve

    to be honest ive never really had massive nuts they shrink a bit and i have 4 kids all girls and the missus has 2 girls so there are no plans on having anymore lol if i do have any more i probably wont be able to afford any more cycles or even a gym membership come to think of it

    I've got into a grove of jabbing E4D regardless of blast or cruise. To cruise I have mostly been doing 125mg test cyp E4D, however, have recently round that knocking this down to 100mg E4D means that I don't need to take any Oestrogen control at all. During this time, all I run is test cyp, no HCG, no anything else.
     
    Regarding my nuts, A) I'm not having any more kids, so if I end up not being able to, it will just be a bonus. B) Again, they were never huge to begin with. I do notice some slight shrinkage on some days, but then on other days they actually feel as big as they have ever been. Only when I decide to come off for any significant amount of time will I use some HCG, which will also be followed by a long period of cruising.
     
    I don't plan on ever coming off completely, so even when I decide to quit using steroids, my thoughts are that I will just remain on a very modest cruise. In light of that, and in the interests of "health" cruises should make up the majority of your cycle..... but should, and what actually happen are 2 completely different things! Try to balance things as much as possible, but in general, you know your own body, and you will get a feeling for when you can push it, and when you should back off

    I started taking Test @ 300mg per wk ran it for ten weeks then upped it to 600mg for 5 weeks. Now back to 300mg wk and intend to run on that until march. I will up the test at that point for a few weeks and then possibly drop back the test and add tren as I am going to cut into the summer season. Will continue to cruise on 1 ml per week and hit a winter blast October/November time.

    i'm planning to cruise on 250mg sustanon per week ( so test prop/enan/dec  blend ) 
     
    wouldn't bother with the hcg tbh chris, unless you're planning on coming off after the cruise? i'm just planning on blasting and cruising from now on mate as the dip a month after pct hits me super hard unless i extend pct for 8 weeks or more in which case i'm basically taking nolva/clomid for months until i'm back on and tbh think i'd be better just doing 1ml of sust every week instead.

    I thought people on trt were mainly given sust? I suppose it doesn't really matter as long as it's test, I've personally never used sustanon I didn't see the point of the prop once a week

    test is really a hrt type med as it's time released but tbh after a couple of weeks on test enan your test levels will be the same as the sust so really depends on what works out cheaper. if you're spacing the injections further than 7 days apart then i'd suggest sust is better due to the time release design but at a spacing of once a week they'll be about the same
     
    personally i like the kick you get off the prop in sust, a wee kick midweek suits me just fine following a monday jab

    I cruise on test...Blends, E or C what ever @ 1ml a week... for a while it's a 250mg amp of Sust other times it's 400mg of Test E or C from a multi...simples 
     
    It's all about the blast

    Wouldn't say it matters to be honest. I tried with sust but found I got a bit more PIP from the prop ester than with enth. Test e is sometimes dosed better per ml too.

    I take it its not advisable to run 12 weeks of test Tren, then cruise for 12 weeks and blast again with Tren? Maybe switch to just Mast or deca?
    It's almost a week since my first Tren jab 500mg and fk me the crazy dreams and night sweats have risen from the dead but nothing I can't handle.

    I might try the sust when cruising, like ninja I'd the prop kick midweek probably have it on leg day since their my slowest growing and weakest part of me.

    i would mix it up yeah chris  all depends what ure goals are 
    my legs are slow growers aswell or i just wernt training them right bit of both i think if im honest 
    ive started doing higher rep ranges i use to do 6-10 now im doing 12-15 mostly 15 had to lighten the weight a little but thats not an issue with me if i can get better gains.
    january is new cycle n new diet so may try a little change up in training aswell
    thinking of legs twice weekly quads say monday and hams and calvs thursday
    and also maybe 2 weeks high rep range training 10-15 then 1 week heavy training never trained that way so hoping body will respond nicely and i can up my clothes size :)

    My legs get trained hard, so hard I can barley walk the next day but they just don't grow..

    Already my t shirts are getting tighter, but probably water who knows.
    Big jump from 15.8 start of December now almost a stone heavier.
    I'm really struggling to shift bf from my chest, I'm very self conscience about it I won't let anyone see me with my top off. Sure it's mostly in my head but I don't like it, I'm sure alot of it is water it can't be gyno there is no pain or itchiness during cycle.

    My waist is shrunken dropped a belt size in a month, so it is dropping off just none off my chest

    im the same not sure of my bottom chest is just to big compared to my top or if its fat tissue , but i only train top chest now really very rarely to flat bench 
    my last cycle i put on around 2 stone and lost around half since in the last 3 months but i put that down to water and also not eating right due to some stress and problems ive had 
    i just found out i have tmd basically lock jaw , and although its getting a bit better at some points in the last few months i could barely open my jaw to eat a proper meal it also causes mega pain in the ear even tho theres no infection it only came after cycle so im hoping when back on it goes again 
    but ill keep on plodding along
     
    maybe u train them to hard that they dont grow , i know guys that dont even train and there calvs are bigger than phil heaths ffs lol

    Don't mention lock jaw I have dreams where I'm grinding my teeth and I can't wake up, I'm Dreaming and it feels like my teeth are about to snap it's a horrible feeling doing this and trying to stop but I can't wake up.

    My chest it's definitely fat, it's fine when I'm lying down its not very noticeable just standing up and bending over they dangle down and I always have a feel not to molest myself just to feel if it feel like fat and it does.
