For those who have suffered gyno

Hey guys,

I know that when gyno occurs your nipples get puffy & sore etc. But how long does this last for? Do they stay sore for the whole time gyno is flaring up? Or does the soreness etc just indicate that it has started to occur at which point the symptoms stop but the development continues??

I know this is probably a very stupid question and something I should know already. Basically I believe it's the first of the options, i.e. nipples stay sore.

The reason I ask is that on a couple of occassions on cycle my nip nips did get a bit on the sensitive side definitely to the point where I didn't want to touch them due to being unconfortable. The couple of times this did happen were quite well apart from each other and I believe I've nothing to worry about but thought I'd best ask anyway!

Thanks in advance!
TR.

well for me they get sore and then quite quickly lumps develop behind my nipples - these are also painful to the touch. eventually as teh lumps grow the whole area becomes sore not just to the touch but even just the weight of my shirt on them would be painful.

this pain will continue all the time the lumps are growing but once they stop growing the pain gradually goes away - but the lumps remain!

That's cool, as I thought really...

Do you know what might cause an occasional puff up around the nipples?? Is it just a spike in hormones that levels itself out??

    Thanks

as said it's just a spike in hormone levels. could be related to AAS or it could be totally unrelated. i've had gyno before i took steroids so it can certainly happen even if you're natty!
