Forearm help

Hi i have tried loads of different techniques to try and build up noticeable muscle in my forearms but i cannot do it.
I have very long arms so muscle does not really show that much.
Please can anyone help me by giving me some exercise techniques that i can perform at home (not at a gym) that are very effective. Thanks guys

When I started at home and didn't have any equipment yet , I did farmers walk with cement blocks on my lawn. Sounds silly but hey it worked. Now i just do forearm curls at the end of my back routine.

Reverse barbell curls, hammer curls when doing biceps, thors hammer (rotate a dumbell with weight on just one end as you would turn a doorknob), heavy deadlifts .. all good forearm builders.

Basically grip work - static holds, plate pinching and plate curls are some excellent exercises for building up the forearm

Everyone underestimates the kick to the groin !
From this position I can also deliver.... the headbutt out of nothing !

I like heavy behind the back BB wrist curls, but just recently added hammers and love'em.
