You hit fore arms in many exercises. Esp deadlifts, I get massive pumps in my forearms from deadlifts. If you're wanting to isolate your forearms just do some fingertip rolls, or even better, get a stick attach a rope to it with a weight on the bottom and with an overhand grip roll it up.

this is unrelated, (if you don't mind me asking) but how long have you been working out for and what do you think your BF % is?

i like doing wrist curls and i don't know what the exact name of this exercise is called but it's where you hold a dumbbell in each hand and try and touch the opposite side of your chest with the dumbbell. i thought that at one time i heard that they were called Zottman curls or something, but i don't know the name of them. i have gotten pretty good size results from these but also like someone else mentioned, i don't use straps and have to hold on to things. this is only true for me though.

Men always seem to have thick forearms and wrists compared to me too. I've been told that you still have a bit of filling out to do in your early 20's.
