Forearms

what are good exercises for building your forearms and wrists, i seem to find it hard to build these muscles up.

    I've always used reverse barbell curl...Gives ya forearms a great pump and a great burn lol

    Whats your stats bro. I have always found the bigger your arms get the bigger your forearms get.

    Ya... They do give a good pump/burn but I still don't see the point in em. If you have a good back/biceps routine these will grow effectively in proportion with the rest of your body. Deadlifts, chin ups, shrugs etc. all work your forearms. Also you can do grip work to.

    Carrying £50 worth of shopping back from the supermarket every week is enough of a forearm workout for me.

    Any exercise with a thick bar will work the forearms and wrists very well.
