    so your saying:

pwo = whey in water (immediately)
ppwo = maltodextrin (1 hour after WO?)

    cheers mate.

okay mate might as well try that for a while. what would you say would be the benefit of taking maltodex 1 hour later as opposed to say with protein pwo?

also do you think the times for the fat burner is an issue? i have it when i do because thats what the label recommends. also mate im on the last 4 weeks of my cut so any general help regarding diet and training, timings etc etc would be most appreciated. thanks Gaz.

Timing of fat burner seems ok.

Dont have Malto for PPWO, have something like rice, pasta, etc...

I will have a look at your journal mate and comment in there to keep this on thread.

I'd say no maltodextrin 1 hour later for PPWO in a cut, just get carbs from the usual whole food slow burner carbs, oats, rice, pasta, grainy bread etc 1 hour later as part of a whole food meal.

go to the nearest supermarket and get some glucose if its such a big issue.

otherwise have just whey in water and then carbs ppwo.

muscle glycogen is 1and half times faster in the 2 hour 'window' after depletion from training. thats why its important to get carbs in.

ok, initially i think this post is far too anal

secondly my suggestion of using maltodextrin came as a reuslt of you training late and not wanting a heavy carb meal before bed (which would have been PPWO)
