A sensible, effective routine is a sensible, effective routine irrespective of whether or not you are on a cycle. There is no need to change anything up.
As far as your traps go you 'should' be hitting your traps hard by deadlifting. Personally I don't think that adding a couple of sets of shrugs will adversely effect your gains but I don't actually see the need for them in this routine.
