Diet is relatively sorted at the moment, not eating any junk whatsoever, also dont drink alcohol at all and any excess fuel required is coming from the diet whey protein I have (105g of protein a day from the whey).
Was feeling burnt out mentally and physically so mixed my lifts up for 2 weeks and switched to a 3x8 with the same exercises and just a little less than my 5x5 weights.
Back on the 5x5 last night and it was the best I have felt for a while.
Bench Press felt strong and solid and is encouraging, also the shoulder press.
Bench press 64kg 1x5, 66kg 3x5, 1x6
Shoulder press 43kg 4x5, 1x6
Close grip BP 53kg 4x5, 1x6
ending all lifts with a 6 rep set and could have lifted a bit more weight. really struggling to complete the sets a few weeks ago.
