Friends and Creatine

My friends and I are all very competitive but they can usually win because of money (something that I don’t have much of). I thought I finally found something to beat them at where money doesn’t matter. I have been on a work out routine for about 11 or 12 weeks now and I started a protein diet (not really a diet but I upped my meals from 3 to 6 and I take in way more protein a day along with only eating sweets on Friday). I am having great success with it (I really did not think I would get so strong so fast) and my friends were impressed at how easily I can throw them around. Now they want to get muscles so two days ago they all went out and bought creatine. I am not only working out so I can be stronger than my friends but it is a plus so I was wondering if they will gain muscle faster than me if I am working hard while they are just sitting there taking pills. Do you guys think they will catch up to me by taking creatine and kindof working out (I say kindof because they came to my house and just screwed around with the weights not really having a routine)?

you should be fine. If they dont train and eat right the creatine will do little for them.

    Agree with CV

Diet and routine are most of it
Creatine will help, but without diet and routine will do hardly anything

Just educate yourself and train properly

creatine doesn't work for everyone anyway, and half the people who buy it use it wrongly ... you will be fine.

Well my sweets would be stuff like a donut and some icecream or some potato chips. I give myself friday to eat whatever because I don't think i would last long if I totally gave it up. But I noticed that it is becomming easier and easier. I stopped drinking pop about 4 years ago and now I can't stand drinking it. I hope that is what happens with potato chips and donuts.
