From 3 to 4 day

Changing from my 3 day Push/Pull/Legs to a 4 day How does it look?

Friday- Legs
Squat 3x8
Leg press 3x8
Leg Curl 3x10
Calf Raises 3x25

Sat- Off

Sunday - Chest/Shoulders
Flat bench press 3x8
Dips 3x8
Incline press or flys 3x8
Military Press 3x8

Monday -Off

Tuesday - Back
Deadlift 3x8
Rows 3x8
pullups 3x8
Shrugs 1x20

Wed- Off

Thursday - Arms
Barbell curl 3x10
Close Grip bench 3x10
Seated db curl 3x10
Skulls 3x10
