i always use front squats, never do back squats. my ass and hips grow too big whe i back squat.. i actually measured an inch bigger in the hips than i did in the chest!! thats why i made the change.
my fronts are alot stronger too rusev. my back squats best i think was 170kg or 175kg for 5, but my front squat is sitting about 155kg for 6
