Front squat

Today I did some front squats with clean grip for the first time. I only used 60 kg weight because thats as much as I can power clean.

As I expected I had a bit of a problem keeping myself stable when squatting but I found that there was too much strain on my wrists as they were very stretched under a heavy bar. Is it normal and I will just get used to it the more I practise or there is something I'm not doing correctly?

Start with a much lower weight untill you get the form right. So what if it takes you a few months to get to your maximum weight at least that way there is more chance of having an injury free training career.

Used the arms crossed over method for pain free front squatting.
