I generally dont eat much fruit, to high in calories(mainly sugar/fructose) and they bump on calories on a cut fast!
Veg on the other hand is great, i eat ATLEAST 5 a day. Low in calories(The stuff i eat like lettuce, cucumber, brocolli, cauli, string beans etc) and filling, not to mention vitamins etc.

On the times i do eat fruit its usually an apple, or berries like strawberries, blue berries - they're awesome but as said, rarely do i eat it...its a treat to me
