Fruits and Milk

Sup all, I have a Q for you guys.
A friend of mine told me it was bad to eat fruits, drink milk after gym.
Now I asked my brother thas in medical, he said thas a false statement.
"Fructose is good for the body especially after gym cuzz the body needs sugar and fructose is another form of sugar so is lactose (which comes in milk) , another reason why there good is cuzz there easy to digest" now that was my bro's theory on the whole fructose and lactose thingy , now I'd like to hear your opinions

Your brother is replying from a different point of view IMO His stance is not from one to maximise anabolism. Whey, water and glucose is the tried and tested method for replacing glycogen, creating an insulin spike, and providing necessary amino acids. Frucotse will work, but not near as well, the milk will provide aminos, but too slowly to be ideal.
