Full Abs workout

Hey guys, im pretty stuck, ive never really done a propa abs workout.
I normally do like just basic situps and leg raises, but ive never worked out the obliques or targetted any specific parts of my abs. Could you guys recommend a lil workout to workout all of my mid section, to be done maybe once or twice a week. Even better, n e general advice on how many times i should workout my abs ??

    u should train ur abs like any other bodypart...so once a week is enough imo....weighted crunches and hang leg raises always worked for me...
