Full English Breakfasts...

I'm going on holiday in a couple of weeks and unfortunately I will probably end up having a couple of fry ups!
How much damage do these cause?
I never touch white bread. I know baked beans a very high in sugar. How bad are fried eggs?

IMO, a couple over the course of holiday wont be a problem, i say if your going on hol why not relax slightly, i mean its no big deal a couple of fry-ups or a pint or two. Just dont slip into all nighters and junk food all day.

^ agreed. Enjoy it. I always fry my eggs, but sparingly in coconut or olive oil though! If its commercial, the oil will be cheap, refined and overused. Your call!

Obviously I'm not going to be boring and strict, but I'm going to try and eat as healthy as possible (particulary the first week), it's a holiday after all!
Last year, because I was dieting for so long before I went, as soon as I arrived I binged like crazy! That won't happen this time, although I didn't gain that much weight...

Enjoy the break, take the 'healthy' option when you get chance and crack on when you get back. Be glad your getting a holiday!

If you get good quality grilled sausages, grilled bacon & fried eggs and the eggs are fried in a knob of butter, no significant damage. If you can get grilled tomatoes & mushrooms as well, all the better.

    Just enjoy your holiday.

If you want, eat healthily, but just relax and have a good time.

I agree, relax and enjoy it, holiday is for eating and drinking what you feel like IMO.

If you relax you will be mentally more focused when you come back.

I don't think eating cleanly and 'propely' is boring, it is the opposite which bores and frankly appauls me .. Mc Satan is one example. But i do have a ridiculous variety of excellent quality foods at my endless disposal
