Full body

I want to start using a full body routine and was wondering what everyone thinks, all of my workouts are done in my garage so don't have resistance machine etc but do have bench, squat rack, pull up bar and loads of weights.

Areas I seem to suffer most in is Chest and Calf.

Monday
Incline bench DB
Bent over row BB
Squat
[and some isolation for arms

Wednesday
Flat bench
Pull ups
Deadlift
shrugs

Friday
Incline bench BB
Shoulder press
Squats or Lunges
One arm DB row

Looks pretty good, I would make deadlifts your first excercise on wednesday and possibly replace one of the bench press exercises with some dips!

    Mine goes like this.

    Cleans
    Back Squats
    Seated Shoulder press DB
    Isolation biceps

    Weighted dips
    Chins
    Front Squats
    Trieps

Usually throw some abs in at the end of them both.

Im currently on a 3 day split full body workout.  Mine is focussed mainly on the chest, but it works very well.
It is similar to yours but you would bench press and calf raise on Monday AND Friday which is excellent for gaining strength also.

    thanks

Agree with the deads,, do them first mate,, used to have the same problem in regards to equipment,,,, what rep ranges are you doin pal? I did a 5x5 last year with basic compound lifts and grew like i never have before.. This was based on a push pull legs routine lifing heavy with plenty of rest,,would seriously consider it at some point if ya tryna pack on some mass. Its important you dont get disheartened with the lack of pumps etc with a full body,,it doesnt mean it isnt working! Alot of people jack them in as feel they aint working hard enough but dont be fooled,,eat well and you will grow mate.its also pretty enjoyable not having to wait a week for ya favourate lifts,, just make sure you get the biggies out of the way before you do any iso work,,remember squats and deads dont just grow your legs/ back they boost everything!

I should of put them in order as I always do big exercises first. I orignally trained splits but have a couple of friends who are natty and do full body and have a really nice size. When I first started training I was 6ft and weighed 10stone but have a nice weight now although I'm looking to get to around 90kg which I should be able to get to naturally, will probably start a journal on here soon.

    Thanks for the advice

Mate you will piss that weight,,eat loads and lift heavy,, get plenty of rest,, dont get bogged down worrying about putting on a bit of fat,,by the sound of it at your height and weight you must be low bf % as it is. Would advise on keeping a journal mate,,ive seen alot on here who get really sound advice,,looking to to do the same myself,,good luck with it mate.
