GN Complex Carbs

Hey, im currently taking Reflex whey post working and to boost my daily intake of protein. Since i am involved with sports 4 times a week i believe that carbs play a big role in retaining energy levels. I take two home made weight gainer shakes a day which consists of 150ml semi-skimmed milk, 200ml water, 1 table spoon of natural peanut butter, 1 hand full of oats and 1 bananna. Im thinking of adding the carb powder post sports training taking 50g of it with 12.5g whey and also post weights workout however with more whey. Would there be any need to add it anywhere else into my daily diet?

Any views on this product, how you used it like when and how much of it? You see much gains from using it etc?

    GN Complex Carbs is maltodextrin

you need to add some protein to your weight gainer shakes, try 1-2 scoops

also post workout leave the gn complex carbs and course your engergy from healthy options like bananas, other fruits, sports drinks, complex carbs like oats and wholegrains

maltodextrin may be a complex carb but it has the highest GI than any other food which means it increases your insulin levels, breaks down to glucose really quickly and if not used up then there is more carbs to be stored as fat!
