GN Rep - Split bag

I received my sup order to take to work. I order in 1kg bags its easier to pack and I'm not wrapping a 2.5kg bag up all the time plus If its splits or gets damaged I don't loose all my protein. So my order cam and one of the bags has a split half the way down the bag seam . TBH its not normally an issue and I would just throw it into my big tub I keep it in, iv probably only lost 2 scoops max. However I need this to travel with so is there anyway I can exchange it before I head out on Wednesday?

Plus iv had to hoover my mothers house since that's where it was delivered. Cheers!

Yeah but I head out Wednesday so I was hoping they could push it through quicker haha.
I tried phoning but its only open Monday to Friday.

if anything non-urgent pops up in the future, PM one of us or pop the details in an email to cshelp@gonutrition.com - the CS team there are fairly rapid, but of course if it's anything major, or time-sensitive like this,  pass it on to one of us and we'll get it forwarded on to the CS manager for urgent attention. 
 
I get PM notifications to my phone, so i can pick up any issues wherever

Like i said split bags normally are not an issue (unless its all spilt). I only posted up here trying to push things along before i head back to Africa, got a sneaky feeling you wont forward it out there.

Gotta ask lol. I've seen a few asking here first when CS via email etc is step one. Indeed MT has had to remove posts where contact to the company has come after a good moan here.

Yeah that's bad press for the company. My post wasn't to flag up them simply trying to push things along before I fly out.

Flying into Africa with a kilo of protein wrapped in clear bags probably not the wisest idea! Could lead to me being strip searched!

it boggles me why people gripe here as all the reps do is forward you onto CS like a switch board at any business.
 
Step 1 - phone/call Customer services. If its closed because its a weekend, your complaint will still be on hold until monday.
Step 2 - If you cannot get through to CS, then post here for a rep's help who will email/PM their 2nd level guy.

To be fair Aaron, I agree (and say as much above) but it's the 'knowing' that someone gives a f**k when you've no way of knowing otherwise that feels right. Plus I CC the CEO as well as sales/CS.
