GRIFF 1980 - TIME TO BITE THE BULLET
Not trained properly for nearly 2 years now, got all the equipment just with young children find it hard to get the time, however no more excuses!!
Today's early morning session went as follows: Cardio workout
10 miles - Spin Bike (31mins 50sec)
150 rep circuit
* 20 x Pressups
* 25 x 16kg Kettlebell Swings
* 20 x Mountain Climbers
* 25 x Situps
* 20 x Box Jumps
* 10 x Pressups
* 30 x Mountain Climbers
Completed in 4mins 20sec
After the circuit I went very dizzy, once I had a banana later followed by oats was back to normal but think it was due to low blood sugar / fasted training as I just trained with water after getting up only 15-20 mins earlier.
I should have known better, trained on the bike with s/s cardio before fasted but I should have had something 30mins before training and will certainly be doing so going forward!!
