Ok, you must of heard all this before, but ive got a couple of questions.., firstly in need an accurate scale which will give me a reading in stone,pounds and ounces so i know if i am losing or gaining weight. I firstly gained alot of mass and ever since neglecting my diet and spending less time in the gym my body has been shrinking expectedly. I am apparently putting on weight but the wrong kind of weight = fat around the stomach. I have got a good diet in place but i dont seem to be putting on any muscle and seem to be shrinking which is making me proper paranoid. I am only 23 but as the years go by i cant see to put on the mass where before it was so easy to put on. Another question is as you age the does the amount of free testosterone circulating bind up meaning it is non responsive or anabolic?and another thing at what age does your bodies growth plates close roughly thanks?
