Gaspari SuperPump 250 question

Hi guys,

Im gonna start using Gaspari SuperPump 250, im on my cutting regime and im wondering if it will make me put on fat or give a bad bloat like creatine? how does it taste like, is it any good and finally will it give me more stamina for my cardio?

     that depends on overall diet mate, but the cal content of super pump is low

    Tastes fine and gave me more stamina for my training.
     
    For cardio i cant comment but i assume it would be the same

    i used it at same time as sizeon! so how much of what effect can be attributed to each i dunno lol!

    I continue to hear good things about Gaspari inparticular the 2 products you mention.

    Very Good product and a great place to start if you haven't used a pre-workout before. Doesn't bloat me either when i use it.

    Id really recommend it mak! I hadnt been taking mono in the months before it which may be a factor as to why I experienced such good strength gains off the stack.
     
    It is expensive but that is the only negative factor

    i love gaspari superpump and size on together, and i use there protein now too aweseome.

    Great product, love it 2scoops then train! Sizeon great also!! Blue raspberry is nicest, although it dosnt really matter, just get it in!!
