General advice

Hi people!

I have started weight training (every other day 1.5 hours) and want to buy some products for muscle gain and bulk gain yet there are tons and tons of products on the market. Just wanted to know if anyone with experience and knowledge of the market could recommend any brands or products to achieve this. Just a rough guide I’m 23 10.5 stone and eat 3 regular meals not sure if this helps but when I emailed someone from customer services from tropicanahealthandfitness they said they couldn’t recommend anything without details of my diet etc?? Would appreciate any helpful advice

thanks Stef

Read the articles TT suggested and you cannot go far wrong.

As a secondary point read the routine section. I know when I started I was well overtraining.

As far as supplements go keep it simply :

    A) whey protein. myprotein or allin1 - I personally rate allin1 and with the muscletalk voucher is superb value for money.
    B) cee is a good addition, as well as being very good value for money.

When I was a young boy, my father took me into the city to see a marching band. He said, "Son when you grow up, will you be the saviour of the broken, the beaten and the damned?".

Ditto that mate, but as TT says, diet is the key

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
