Read the articles TT suggested and you cannot go far wrong.
As a secondary point read the routine section. I know when I started I was well overtraining.
As far as supplements go keep it simply :
A) whey protein. myprotein or allin1 - I personally rate allin1 and with the muscletalk voucher is superb value for money.
B) cee is a good addition, as well as being very good value for money.
