Genotropin QuickPen Cycle for skeletal growth (20 years old, 175cm, 68kg)
Hello wanted to hear your two cents about the best way of doing this thing. Please do not waste your time schooling me on why not to do it at this age. I have my reasons. I just turned 20. 175cm, 67KG. Crossfit body with some definition. So please help me with the dosage and timing and tell me what you think? How would you do it if you were me? GOAL
: To have some skeletal growth, I want to get from 175cm to 180cm.
I got my hands on a pull up bar and it's right in my room so I swing and hang every single day, relaxing my spine with some occasional pull ups, ab work. I do 1 hour of cycling 5-7 times a week, eat extremely clean, vegan (getting insufficient amount of protein when living a vegan lifestyle is a myth). I have a theory that I didn't get enough of the potential growth during the important growing period. I suffered asthma from years 5 till 10 where I was injected every few weeks with antibiotics to make me breath during asthma episodes. I had poor diet and minimal exercise during years 14-15, never slept long enough.
Oh and I know for the fact that the HGH I have is pharma grade and authentic.
Do you think I am being realistic?
I've done all the research possible (excluding access to doctors archives); aware of the growth plates, organ growth (very very unlikely unless you are going crazy with the dosage ~12IU and more per day.)
