German Volume Training
Need some advice from you guys.
Have been on a normal routine for 6 months, changing it up every 4-6weeks for 3 sets of 6-12.
Last week was a totally different week of 3 sets of 25-50.
Was thinking of doing 4 weeks of GVT then 5x5s for the following 4 weeks, till i start eating a lttle more and trying to add significant muscle.
My routine would be.
Chest and Back
Incline press 10x10
BB rows 10x10
lying leg curls 10x10
Arms and shoulders
bb curls 10x10
Close Grip 10x10
Shoulder press 10x10
Side lats 3x8-12.
Just thinking if its a good idea and looks good.
The aim is to trim down and try to put muscle on and shock the whole body.
