    Yay, just read through that and my diet is pretty similarish in terms of amount of meals and calorie intake for bodyweight, except my fat isnt as high, my protein makes up for the other cals.

    Yessssss, I guess my current diet is sweet as I feel better now, especially as Im doing cardio mon-fri on top.

    Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.

    you'd rattle when you walk with that amount of supplements.

    lol.

    yeah but you can always use the foundation for the food diet itself and change according to your lifestyle and beliefs in dieting to preserve muscle.

    should help some people though, although you guys are right, quite a few supps in there.

    Yeah manipulate it for your personal sanity, i reckon the bcaas are a good idea though.

    Problem i have found is ketosis. I hate the way my breath smells when im in ketosis. Last time i was i ended up eating 4 packets of chewing gum just to go out into town.
