Getting Protein

Hey, im only 17 years old and am finding it hard to get enough protein, besides supplements. The Chicken breasts and other stuff is not readily available at my house. mostly it's just non healthy foods, or fruits/vegetables....any tips?

Also, i've started trying to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day, is this right?

Can you not get any chicken etc in?

Iceland at the moment do 5 turkey breasts or 6 chicken breasts for £2.49!
Tesco's do value tuna in brine for abour 34p a tin

Can you not persuade your folks to get food like that, say it's cheaper and better for you (which is true). Packaged stuff usualyl costs a fortune. They should be supportive

You can also get trays of eggs quite cheap from Asda amongst other places,I do sympathize with you though,it,s frustrating when your not in charge of the shopping list
