Getting back in the game!!

So i hadnt trained in 5 months due to the debt collectors from uni coming around everyday...but i hit a PT course up in about November probably at the skiniest i had been in about 3years or so...All the boys there were preaching about gear and it seemed to be a dick measuring competion to see how much they had all done...but fair enough they were all bigger than me! So i thought hopefully maybe be able to hook up and train with one of them....get back on the path as it were....got in the gym and they seemed to be more interested calling people and checking their not so impressive physiques out......

However I managed to find myself a rather like minded training buddy which was a miracle...can always train better with someone else i feel...i was slightly scepticle however...this was my first women training partner..tbh i think i was kind of preparing myself for some light weight session..maybe a light cardio session u no...the standard girl routine as it were...thought it would be better than nothing tho...when i saw her load 220kgs on the leg press and pound out a hugely intense set with screaming sweating the lot.....slightly intimidated would have been an understatement! The leg session literally killed me walking was a slight issue for the next week!

So over the next 3monts i literally saw my body change and adapt in a way i thought previously was impossible for me!! My physique had adapted better than all the boys on their gear.....and i thought what an earth could i have achieved if i had taken steroids over these 3months!!!!.....Back in the game would be an understatement...my motivation levels were literally on an all time high...i cant believe how dedicated i am now to being the best......at the start of novemeber i was weighing in just under 10stone...after the course i was around 10stone 6...but i felt so much bigger....my pursuit for unparrelell muscle gains is now on!!!!!!!

putting it on after a big layoff is always easier than putting it on in the first place I find. Well done on getting back in the game, remember to keep the calories high and of good quality if you want to see those scales continue to rise...

    Current training: 6-day split
Current cycle: Test E @ 500mg per week

    Current stats:
    Height : 192cm
    Weight : 272lbs
    Body Fat : 15.4%

Cool story bro, but the guys who were taking gear were obviously doing it wrong, and by "it" I mean everything.
