Getting back into things

Hi all,

It's been a while since I last posted but I doubt I was missed.

I just started doing the nights shift at my work, and I was wondering what the best method of restarting my training would be.

My work involves doing alot of lifting either from the ground or from above my shoulders.

I get all day Monday and Friday off, and I wake up around mid afternoon unless it has been really busy the night before.

Is it a good idea to start at the beginning of the week and the finish at the end of the week or do some training in between?

I'm at odds to this and since I'm a relativly new beginner (I always have to restart) I don't know what to do.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter.

What are your hours? I work shift work and split my workouts as needed. There are many ways to move your routine around. At a glance I would say tue.& wed. & sat.& sun.
