Getting back to Training - Workout Program

Advice please!!

3 Day Per Week - Training Program

I am 5' 7" & about 155pds with 16% BF. I am not looking to get BIG just to become more conditioned and add some strength/mass. Each morning before breakfast I will go for a 20 min hill walk to lose excess bodyfat. Comments are greatly appreciated on the below program.

Wk 1

Squat 3 x 10
Bench 3 x 12
Bent over rows 3 x 15
Military press 2 x 8
Dips 2 x 8
Bicep curl's 2 x 8

Wk 2

Deadlift 3 x 10
Incline BP 3 x 12
Bent over DBrows 3 x 15
Arnold press 2 x 8
Dips 2 x 8
Hammer curls 2 x 8

I will alternate these weeks for 12 weeks.

Jaysus Micky is that you in the pic?? Looking great!!

Starting this training tomorrow & I am really looking forward to it. Its unfortunate i cant include pull ups (just no where to do them). So you wouldnt add or adjust anything?

looks pretty good to me, you doing each of those exercises on each 3 days for one week, then changing the next week etc etc (just to clarify)
    If so then is fine.
