Felt okay his morning, treadmill 25 mins.
After having breakfast I've felt much better, must be due to the MK 677, 3 whole eggs with 1 sliver of unbuttered toast.
IF not a good idea on MK 677 it must mess around with sugar levels in blood.
Had a late push session
Warm up 2 sets then 3 to failure
Inc dB press nice slow reps
Rope push down
Light squats high reps 70kg x 20 then 2 more
Pro shake, episode of power, bed
