Morning cardio 30 mins x trainer

Feeling tired today :(

Morning food, 2 egg whites, 3 whole eggs and 3 oatcakes

Dinner is roast beef with vegetables and potatoes, neaps and a small serving of haggis.

Big dinner, lots of chicken curry!

All warmed up with 2 sets

BO barbell rows 30kg each side
Wide grip pull down #13
Romanian dead 80kg
Db curls with 15kg db's
Rear delts
Abs

Sauna

Very tired today MK 677???

Tea 2 chicken breasts with salad and apple

Training is a push session

30kg db's shoulder press
Flies superset with Inc bb press
DB skull crushers
Leg ext
Abs

Very very tired and hungry probably due to the MK 677

Felt ill I was so hungry, had some sweets and then felt fine.

No sauna tonight and will eat better in the morning to see if the lethargic feeling is better....

Felt okay his morning, treadmill 25 mins.

After having breakfast I've felt much better, must be due to the MK 677, 3 whole eggs with 1 sliver of unbuttered toast.

IF not a good idea on MK 677 it must mess around with sugar levels in blood.

Had a late push session

Warm up 2 sets then 3 to failure

Inc dB press nice slow reps
Side raises
Rope push down
Light squats high reps 70kg x 20 then 2 more

Pro shake, episode of power, bed

Hello mate, what you see here is around 20 years of training, whether it be boxing, BJJ or weight training, I've had many a training parter who develops strength and shape far far easier than I can, most guys lose fat just workioon the rigs where I really need to dial it in with a strict diet and cardio regime, probably not the worst genetics but its damn hard for me to put on even a lb of muscle :/

I feel your pain when it comes to putting on muscle lol.
If 22 years ago I knew how little progress I was to gain in this time I would never have bothered getting my weights and bench and put as much effort and money into something I would get so little out of, anything else is massively rewarding, boxing trophies, BJJ medals and trophies, kickboxing trophies...... Strength and aesthetics training...... Sweet FS other than a few PB's here and there, I work with a guy who is 100% natty 14 stone, 27 Inch waist, 17-18 Inch arms, he's just getting results from his work unlike some of us......
