Push session felt weak after piss up Thursday night

Machine press 2 sets to fail

Shoulder press 25kg db's 2 sets to fail

CG BP 3 sets to fail

Leg extension 2 sets to fail

Very weak feeling after a busy day at graft

Alright mate, I've been trying to stick to his plan but just not enjoying training, strength is okay but just not been feeling too great in myself, put some unwanted lbs on with a terrible diet :(

For someone who claims his diet is crop you look in decent shape bud.
 
You will get that belly down in no time if you apply yourself.

Lol its not pretty mate, for just a couple of kg's that I've added it must have all went to my love handles and lower chest. Got a ton of t3 but not going to use that if I can't even shed a bit of the weight completely natty.

20 mins cardio on stairs

Squats 110kg felt heavy, no belt 8 reps then lowered weight for a few sets

Leg extension slow with squeeze at top, 4-5 sets

Flat BP 90kg felt heavy :( 6 reps then drop settled to 60

Cable flies

Rear delts on fly machine

Abs

10 mins x trainer

Been to nandos twice today, diet pretty clean.

6k run 81.7kg before, 81 after.

Run felt real good.

Fast broken at 11ish porridge/banana and pro shake

Fri night session then swim/ralax with the young lad

DB inc press 3 sets up to 42kg x 8
Flat DB press high reps with the 35kg's
Flies 2 sets
CG BP 35kg each side on Smith drop set, 2 sets
Pec deck 2 sets
Tri pushdown 2 sets
Then a swim sauna etc

NEW APPROX 12 SETS PER SESSION STARTS TODAY, FOCUSING ON 1 OR 2 BODYPARTS PER SESSION.

Slow deads to middle of ankles, 60 x 10, 100 x 10

V pull downs 2 warm ups, 70kg x 11

Mon 17th no gym, fire fighting training so a bit of cardio and a hour or so walk.

Diet been kept reasonably clean, no takeaways or junk food in last 11 days.

Wasn't supposed to train but hey ho

Delts

DB press 2 w/u then 35kg x 8 failed
Sides, rears and front raises, 1 w/u 1 to failure all with 10kg DB, some pain in shoulder :(

CG BP 1 warm up, then 30mg each side for 15 reps

Face pulls on 12 (first time ever doing these)

Tri push downs 1 w/u 1 working set on 18.5 x 16

Core and a bit of stretching

19th felt crap, sore back and heart rate right up, day off any kind of training.

Good run this morning, 13.7km in 97 mins, really light clothes, flet great except last 20 mins legs felt heavy.

79.7kg goal achieved to be sub 80kg prior to crimbo!

Later on in the evening

Leg press working up to seat set 2, 150 x 11

Leg extension, work up to 50 x 10,pajse at the top slow negative

Ham curl, 1 warm up 1 working on 40 x 15

Chest 2 supersets pec deck + BP 25 each side on smith

DB Tri standing extension

Swimming

Weight 80.7 after run, diets been slipping, cake, chocolate, sweets etc past couple of days.

Goggles bought to get swimming and improve pool fitness and swimming technique.

DB pull over, shoulder near stopped me, 2 w/u 40kg x 10

Db row, 2 w/u 44kg x 10 good weight for a good set!!

Deads 1 w/u 110kg x 12 down to middle of shins and back up

Shrugs, 44kg db's for 2 sets of 12 second set really felt it.

Wide grip seated cable row, really struggling to keep elbows up high, 35 x 12 form is sh1t though.

Few watm ups then 2 sets to failure of flies then decline Smith BP.

Lower vol but felt good with okay doms.
