Getting more good fats in

I eat about 2 whole free range eggs a day, and a salmon fillet about twice a week, - I am allergic to tree nuts however.

I buy Udos oil, - what i've been doing is swigging a tablespoon of that with a meal.  My question is regarding the Udos is, is this as good as any other way to get my good fats in, - just downing X amount with a little water with a meal?

I used to walk into a room full of people & wonder if they liked me..... Now I look around & wonder if I like them

If it works for you that's what really matters.

I'm not a fan of supplementing fats, the problem is they taste good so I'd rather eat them than miss out by taking a cap. An extra egg, a few olives, a glass of milk or even a little mature cheddar. I know dairy isn't the optimum choice of fats, but it tastes good!
