Getting my diet sorted out properly

I have taken the decision to get my diet sorted out properly now.

I contacted James, and I have paid for his online journal package. So as soon as he has sorted the meal plan out I'll be on it like cronic :)

I get the meal plan set out and an online journal set up where he can keep in contact with me.

Time to drop those pounds.

Yeah I'm looking forward to it.

Never had my meals/nutrition sorted out before, so should be an eye opener.

Just wanted to wish you all the best

i use drewsky via healthy action - gotta to say I have been very impressed with Drew and James' overall service.

Its the best £100 i have ever spent

My only regret is not taking it up it years ago....gutted actually. I thought it was for serious BB's not ordinary guys like me

    the benefits for me include

the food was tailored for my tastes and habits
my supps & shopping bill has gone down - by a fair bit
peace of mind - i know i am getting the right foods, the right times and in the right quantity's
Drew - given very good back up advice and ongoing support
no more looking at the latest daft diet or being completely confused with with conflicting advice

healthy action and drew gets abig thumb up from me

i oh and ah'd for ages - spent some money on some books that did nt work even got me more confused. wasted some more money on supps. It took a bit of assurance from James - then i took the plunge.
from my experience you fill out a questionnaire - that asks all sorts of questions - they take into your views, tastes, goals, even lifestyle, what kind of trainer you are etc etc

James then decides who is best placed to help you, based on the info you give

mine was followed with a phone call consultation with Drewsky - several menu's were e mailed to me for to give comment on and you take it from there

for me personnally its been a god send
