Getting thicker but not leaner

I think I must have the worst genetics for leaning up. I've been stuck on the same look as far as vascularity goes for months now. Even though I've dropped weight and increased strength. I don't think I've gotten noticeable cut from the last 10 lbs i've dropped (again like I said my strength has been going up) I eat very clean, I do aerobics. Could it be that plainly I don't have good genetics to have a vascular look?

Its more likely you are just not cut enough yet!

How long have you been training? Your arteries/ veins etc doincrease in diameter the longer you have trained with weights simply as the blood has to travel through under greater pressure when weight lifting.

However unless your BF is considerably low you will not see much vascularity, plus individuals can have differences in how deep the vessels are.
