RE: Giant sets
Hey Bud, long time no speak, hope life is treating you well?
Giant sets never really worked that well for me in all honesty. I always found that by the 3rd or 4th exercise i wasn't able to move the weights i needed to push myself hard enough. Too many reps in quick succession become more like an aerobic exercise than anaerobic. This is good to some extent for building muscle stamina for training, but i don't think it yields massive muscular gains.
