Girlfriend starting out

My girlfriend needs a 3 day routine using free weights. Can any of you ladies post up how you started your routine? Also how much protein should she be taking in post workout? She is 5'11" 175lbs. She wants to drop 15lbs and firm up. Not looking to compete rather feel good and healthy. She has always had a juicy butt with a narrow waist that flares into some nice hips. Pretty much the hour glass figure. I appreciate your assistance in getting her startred.

    I've always done a 4 day, but 3 day is exactly same as what a guy would do anyway.

    Protein wise, I normally take 25g protein pwo with 50g maltodextrin, she could use less malto though.

    Women do same as dudes. Large, multi-muscle moves...squats, lunges,
    deadlifts, planks, pushups, KB swings, rows..give her a basic all round routine that you'd give a beginner dude. She's unlikely to gain muscle, will drop the weight and just possibly get hooked like the rest of us.

    Then you'd better be prepared for her to gain confidence, and want to go with you :-P. Be sure you can handle that.
