Women do same as dudes. Large, multi-muscle moves...squats, lunges,
deadlifts, planks, pushups, KB swings, rows..give her a basic all round routine that you'd give a beginner dude. She's unlikely to gain muscle, will drop the weight and just possibly get hooked like the rest of us.
Then you'd better be prepared for her to gain confidence, and want to go with you :-P. Be sure you can handle that.
