Girlfriend wants to lose 10 lbs female gurus help

Hey whats up bro`s and sistas, I`m back... This time for my girl...
She`s gorgeous, but is at 138lbs @ 5`8``, and would like to get in the 128ish zone... She put on a little weight since the hollidays, but hasn`t been doing much exercise or dieting... Been really busy, but her schedule allows her to have a healthier routine... She is the type to put on muscle or fat pretty fast...
I want some advice from you female gurus on how to work out, how often, and what kind of diet you would recommend... Thanks alot for all your help... MT is always the best for my enquiries...

    if she put on the weight since the holidays, then reverting back to her pre holiday lifestyle should get things moving mate..

    CosmicSlopp - 138lbs at her height is already quite low. She sounds like she just needs to start putting on a bit of muscle which will naturally increase her calorie burning and make her appear smaller.

    Without knowing what she does now, it's a bit hard. But if she is a beginner I would recommend doing 3-4 weights workouts a week plus around 20mins HIIT and lower intensity cardio 4-5 times a week.

    But the key to losing weight is diet. She just needs to adapt to a clean diet of 5-6 small meals a day and stop snacking on empty calories.
