Liquid chalk for me. Doesnt make alot, if any mess. Just small amount applied to the hands goes quite a long way.

Chalk. File the calluses down. Use some tape if they are on the fingers.

Liquid chalk. Gripping the bar properly also helps:

Always use chalk except when it is very cold (I train in my garage).

The chalk makes a load of mess so I have to sweep the garage out regularly.

If by bareback people mean no chalk then your not lifting heavy enough ( for you ! I'm sure your all stronger than me) and should try chalk or liquid chalk if normal chalk is  an issue in your gym.

Oh and yeah , gloves are for girls ...or men who wnat hands like girls.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    Chalk, liquid or powdered.
