Glucosamine

Does anyone use it regularly at all..its not something ive ever used as I've always had diclofenic but I'm suffering in the old joint department somethoing chronic right now namely shoulders well left shoulder to be exact, almost sure its a rotator cuff issue as the pain descends down the arm towards the elbow which apparently is a giveaway.

yep. take one every morning and omega 3, and no probs , also some relatives take it ,
can't say it works but i work on the principle that i don't get side effects  i'm 68 and no aching joints
my mate's dog could hardly walk, so he gave  glucose amine, it gave the dog 3+yrs of walking  every day
why not give it a try? pretty cheap and post your results in a month or so unless others on here say otherwise

If glucosamine did work - which the consensus from actual scientific data is that it doesn't - it would not help with muscle or tendon related pain, and would do nothing for your rotator cuff.

Yeah I was more thinking along the lines of preventative issues in the future, but I take your point, maybe clutching at straws.

It's not expensive as such so I might.
