in short l-glut is NOT needed for the morning cardio. One thing i would suggest is do not run and speed walk as this will avoid catabolic eating of your lean tissue if you keep the intensity down and you have carbs and protein after your cardio.
AM cardio low intensity 40-45 minutes of speed walking
Breakfast composed of comples carbs and lean protein with very little fat
Diet as normal
