Glutamine

Is this something worth adding to my diet? what benefit will it offer to me? should it be tabs or powder?

I don't think its a must, but its cheap and it lasts quite a long time. I just have 10g a day in power from All-in-one. I might try Myprotein next time.

I like to keep glutamine away from other aminos so my pwo is whey, glucose and CEE.

Half an hour later take glutamine then Half an hour after that eat. Thats what I do away.
