    Thanks James what I find confusing is that a baked potato is higher than fruit, is that because of the serving differentials?
     
    I'd like to see a comparison using the same serving sizes.

    There are a lot of factors that affect GI - fibre for one: most fruits are high in fibre.
     
    Serving size comparison table is a good idea.
