God Dammit!

Went totally off track today just binged out on 8 protein donuts i just made, not good. I feel like i wanna be sick

    that and 90g's of carbs that i shouldnt have had as im cutting, this is depressing me, gotta snap out of it before i go into a spiral

    p.s. 90g of carbs is fcuk all. That's 360kcal. Meh

    i have the gym later on today as well, i already had a moderate refeed on the weekend but its because im so close and also im not losing any more weight that its getting to me, ive come so far and my goal is almost in sight yet i do something like this, so fcuking stupid! That settles it no more tasting of the recipes

    Not really Gaz ive been spot on with my diet and used refeeds that have been structured and since i started my cut i only cheated once or twice with something that wasnt planned.

    Mick - i know i cound have done a lot worse my will power sucks today must do something about it, will rejig diet today and drop the pumpkin seeds in place of the higher carb day i had to level out cals to compensate, i aint letting this beat me

    Maybe avoid making things that taste good and will be a temptation if your trying to cut.

    i enjoy food mate, only trouble is i tend to make things that taste good but they are very moreish, bloody chef training . No worries anyway ive adjusted my macros for today t make it a semi high carb day 224g of the stuff with 300g pro and 20g fat (efa based) and under 2500 cals so my rmr is 2049. Already done AM cardio today and have weights and running to do yet plus a 1.5 hour walk to the gym and back. Ive since bagged the rest of the offending items and given them to a neighbour to remove the offending temptations from my line of sight, smell and taste

    I spent all weekend loved up with a lady friend and ate pizza, crisps, chocolates, a bottle of wine, cheese sandwiches.........ON WHITE, god forbid! I feel great and had a marvelous weekend and put all the extra calories to good use!! I'm also cutting, don't beat yourself up, carry on with it the next day.

    i am mate dont worry. Time to kick my ass from tomorrow as i signed up for Body Combat at FF. AM cardio 5 days a week weights 3 days and kisk ass cardio two days. I think its time to kick things up a notch as i wanna look as good as possible for oFLorida, afterwards ill take it easy and start the bulk cycle after that put around a stone of lean mas on my frame and cut back from that. Looking to have a fighters physique rather than a BB'er if thats makes sense
